History of Boulder Falls Residential Development
Construction of the back nine of the Boulder Falls addition began in 2002 by developers, Steve and Carla Simunek. At the same time, infrastructure began for 127 lots in the residential development which wraps around the golf course.
The course, which became the back nine of the Southern Hills Golf Course, opened in 2004. The city purchased the Back Nine from the developers in 2009.
A total of 127 lots comprise the Boulder Falls development. Currently, there are seventeen homes, with the remainder of lots owned by individuals or by the developers. Many excellent opportunities are available to purchase lots at a reduced price. Information about the covenants for home construction in the development can be found on this web site.
